Client Management
Client records, patch test history, allergy alerts, and full appointment history in one place.
Clients
Your Client List
Every client who books online or is added manually has a record here. The Patch Test column shows live status at a glance — green means a valid test is on file, amber means one is needed.

Adding a Client
Clients are added automatically when they book online. To add a client manually, go to Clients → Add Client.
How do I add a client manually?
1
Go to Clients → Add Client
2
Enter name, phone number, and email
3
Add any allergy information if known
💡
When booking a manual appointment in the diary you can add a new client on the spot without going to the Clients section first — just search by name and select Add New Client if they do not appear.
Clients
Patch Test Records
Open any client record and go to the Patch Tests tab to view their test history and record a new test result.
How do I record a patch test?
1
Open the client record from the Clients list
2
Go to the Patch Tests tab
3
Click Add Test Result and enter the date and outcome
4
Click Save — the client's patch test status updates immediately across the system
⚠️
If a client has an online booking in Awaiting Patch Test status, recording a valid test here will automatically move that booking to Confirmed — no manual action needed.
ℹ️
Patch test records are timestamped and cannot be edited after saving. This is intentional — the record is a factual log, not a document to be adjusted. If a test was recorded in error, add a new record with a note.
Clients
Allergy Alerts
Open any client record and go to the Allergies tab to record known allergies or sensitivities. When that client is booked for a service, an alert is shown in the appointment detail view.
🔴
Allergy alerts are a prompt to the stylist, not a safety management system. They surface the information you have already recorded — it is your responsibility to review them before each appointment and take appropriate action.
Clients
Appointment History
Open any client record and go to the History tab to see a full list of their past appointments — service, date, stylist, and price.
💡
Client history is useful for spotting rebooking patterns — a client who came every 6 weeks and then stopped is visible in the history. You can also see at a glance what services a long-standing client has had, which helps when recommending treatments.
