Timesheet
See who's clocked in right now, review weekly hours, and correct entries when needed.
Timesheet
Timesheet lives under Time & Attendance and tracks actual hours worked, separate from the planned hours set in the rota.
Live Now
Go to Time & Attendance → Timesheet. It opens on Live Now — who's currently clocked in, right now.
Live Now — a live count of who's clocked in, with an empty state when nobody is
Timesheet
Switch to the Timesheet tab to see hours worked over a date range, rather than just who's clocked in right now. It opens defaulted to the current week — Monday through today — but the From and To dates can be changed to any range.
Timesheet tab — date range selector, summary cards, and the entries table below
Four summary cards sit above the table:
| Card | Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Entries | Number of clock entries in the selected range |
| Total Hours | Combined hours worked across all employees in range |
| Overtime | Combined overtime hours in range |
| Employees | Number of distinct employees with entries in range |
The table below lists every entry in the range — date, employee and job role, clock in, clock out, break taken, hours worked, and status tags. A row can carry several status tags at once:
| Tag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Late | Clocked in later than scheduled |
| Early | Clocked out earlier than scheduled |
| No break | Missed break flagged on the entry |
| Edited | Entry has been corrected since the original clock in/out — the row is also highlighted |
| 📍 | Location wasn't verified for this entry |
An entry running over the employee's contracted hours shows an +Xh OT badge next to the hours figure.
Below the table, an Employee Summary section totals days worked, total hours, overtime, and late-arrival count per employee for the selected range.
Editing an entry
Click Edit on any row to open the Edit Clock Entry dialog. You can adjust clock in, clock out, and break minutes — a reason is required before the change can be saved, and the entry is marked Edited afterwards.
Manual Entries
Click + Add Entry on the Timesheet tab to record a clock in/out directly, for whenever someone forgets to clock in or out, or worked a shift the clock didn't catch.
